In September 2019, CXMT released the first generation 10 nm 8 GB DDR4, which is comparable with international mainstream DRAM products. At present, CXMT is using its 10G1 technology to manufacture the 8 GB DDR4 chip. They have also passed tests of test platforms in and outside China, such as Intel Z390, Intel H310, AMD B450, AMD X570 Phytium FT2000/4, and Kunpeng 920.
